In the current economic climate, one of the main concerns of company employers and directors is knowing the degree of liability that they could incur as a result of the day-to-day decisions taken within the scope of the company activity, and up to what point said decisions could lead to personal legal consequences. Furthermore, the new reforms contained in the Criminal Code which enter into force on 23rd December, contain a particularly important change in relation to the liability of legal entities and their administrators. This seminar, organised together with the La Rioja Employers' Federation (FER), aims to settle some the doubts surrounding this issue.
